I don't know what else to do

Hello everyone,
I've been on myfitnesspal for about a month now. I tried eating the amount of calories it told me to and working out (and really pushing myself). I usually do walk 4mph with incline of 10 every minute and a half. I do this for 30- 60 minutes three times a week. I also do planks and push ups, then stretch afterward. Well I haven't lost anything or seen any changes. Also, this week I have been sick so probably eating under 1000 calories. Well, finally feeling better, but stepped on the scale to find I haven't lost a thing! What am I to do? I am 5'7 140 pounds and have already done the whole cute out sodas and candy, eat whole grain, lots of fruits and vegetables, etc. Does anyone have any advice?

You are at my goal weight I would love to be where you are :sad:
If you are exercising you truly need to eat at least what the calories you are suppose to eat. You may need to change what you eat add more protein, or change your exercise. Sorry I am not much help, good luck.0
