May 14 ~ MFP Runners

Only 3 miles today...never found my rhythm today.
An hour of cycle, 30 minutes weights, 30 minutes pilates and 30 minutes kettlebell!
Short run planned for tomorrow. Long run on Saturday.

    No running for me today. I gardened for about 2 hours this morning.:grumble: I was actually sweating.

    Dang no ones running today? I'm going to go out in a little big when it cools down, probably do 4 or so, 3 weeks til my marathon!

    Week 9 Day 2 of Couch to 5K...that put me at 2.6 miles in 30 minutes. A snail's pace, I know...but considering that I started all of nine weeks ago, I'm pretty happy with it. :bigsmile:

    I only ran a mile just now on the treadmill. :ohwell:

    I was really hoping for a long run this evening but sometimes life happens! I am planning on getting it in tomorrow.
