Only 3 miles today...never found my rhythm today.
An hour of cycle, 30 minutes weights, 30 minutes pilates and 30 minutes kettlebell!
Short run planned for tomorrow. Long run on Saturday.

Week 9 Day 2 of Couch to 5K...that put me at 2.6 miles in 30 minutes. A snail's pace, I know...but considering that I started all of nine weeks ago, I'm pretty happy with it. :bigsmile:0

I was really hoping for a long run this evening but sometimes life happens! I am planning on getting it in tomorrow.0
