Hey! This is my goal -- got photos coming up and I'd like to aim for this. I have been aiming for slower weight loss, but would like to kick it up another notch to get there. Have you ever succeeded in this, and how did you do it? I'm 130 lbs, female, sedentary but try to get to the gym 4-5 days per week, on a 1200 calorie limit, and I do eat back my exercise calories. Thanks!

No one has tried this? Or is my question really that crazy? Would appreciate feedback, thanks!

Sorry - it seemed like more of a statement than a question - what exactly do you want to know, or need advice with?

As you only have a little weight to lose you are going to find it tough. I've lost 3lbs since 1 January and am trying to get from 132 to around 125. It is a nightmare.

With so little to lose you should be aiming for 0.5 lb loss per week on here, and should definitely be eating back exercise calories if you so any exercise outside of that included in your activity estimate.

I figured that would be the difficulty. Ideally, I'd like to tone up as well, so I'm anticipating a bit of weight gain. I'm just having trouble getting the scale to move much. Did you find there was a strategy that worked better than just calorie counting, say, abstaining from carbs?
