So in February I started a very regimented healthy menu which gave me great success in losing 17 pounds. I have 10 more to go and just started Body by Vi. Hoping to exercise more the shed my last 10 pounds. Trying very hard to stay on track with eating healthy and am still falling behind with my workouts. Please feel free to friend me to help in my motivation!!
