So I have missed a few days and I know I don't always finish the day out in my diary, so that could be my first problem.
Other than that can I please get some advise..which by the looks of some post, I am sure won't be a problem! :happy:
My CW: 194
GW: 150
I have a desk job..BOO! I try to work out around 3/4x a week doing Zumba two nights and Treadmill/bike 1 or 2 nights. I have just read about BMR and TDEE( I think that's right) and was hoping someone could explain how that works in to my weight loss. I have my calories set to 1200 and was also reading how maybe that is too low.
Can someone with knowledge about all this help me out?!
