Why is there so much overwhelming guilt when I leave, thinking about leaving, to go to the gym while my family stays home? Why does it feel like such a big decision just to do this? How can I change my stinken thinken when it comes to guilt?

I don't know if you can actively change it, but you can push through it and just keep going to the gym. Eventually it will become enough of a habit that you won't have to think as much about it, and therefore the guilty feelings will likely subside.0

Guilt has never helped me achieve anything in life, it's only ever pushed me back mentally. Tenacity is all about having no regrets, if you really want to lose weight then you'll lose it. You wont lose it because you'll feel bad if you don't, you'll lose it because you'll feel good if you do.
Sure both ways work and of course we all feel guilt, I'm just saying give yourself a break :flowerforyou:0
