calorie in take while Breastfeeding?

I was just wondering what should be your calorie intake while you are Breastfeeding. Of if there is a site that I could find out from. Any help would be good!

I just found this as I was actually wondering the same thing. I am in my 7 1/2 month of nursing my 2nd. With my first, I lost initially and then the weight just clung to me till I was finished. Once I finished, I lost 10 lbs super quick and the other 10 I had to work at for a long while. I need thought to try and lose a little more even while I am nursing this time. I just feel like I'm dragging with this extra weight on me!
