I'm curious--I stick to my "range" and I do cardio in the morning and at lunch--I drink plenty of water--try to eat as natural as I possibly can and the weight barely moves. I've seen other people who are approximately my age log 2 pounds or 3 pounds every week.....Just wondering, does everyone (same weight, heighth) lose weight at the same rate (calories in, calories out, etc.) I hope I"m not being confused.....just frustrated because I'm working very hard at this and it seems to be going slower than normal (compared to many others on here).
I weigh my food, measure out, etc.
Thanks!
