A helpful book I just read

I just read a book by Jeff and Barbara Galloway. It is on running, but it has a lot of helpful info about how the muscles work during excersize and how the body burns fat. It talks about starvation mode and how your body uses fat and carbs. It is pretty good and not at all hard to read or understand. Apparently, they have been around for a while but I have never heard of them. I didn't even have to buy the book, I checked it out at the library to see if it was any good before I spent money. I just think it might be helpful and it answers a lot of questions I see here on the site. Just FYI...
