Ok, so lets just say this ain't my first Rodeo with weight loss or MFP for that matter. I know how the equation works ouput>intake= weight loss. I've been off and on, up and down-you know how it goes. For the past couple of weeks my back has been killing me. I walked up 60 steps out of a mine in Tombstone, AZ and thought I was going to have an Asthma attack-(No I've never had Asthma) and I feel like i'm suffocating most of the time. I decide to jump on the scale
WOAH!! Jump off and then back on!! This can't be real--180!! At 5'1"!!! Are you kidding??-- :( Sadly after getting off and on that scale many times that number didn't change. So here i am again! With four kiddos from 7 to 12 and two of them having Type 1 Diabetes and Celiac. I need to find time to take care of me,so I will be able to take care of them. I need some motivation though. It's been too long since I've attempted this with any sort of real UMPH!! So if anybody has any ideas to help me Jump start this- please tell me!! Thanks!

Today is the beginning of my weight loss journey again, but at 247# I HAVE to do something. I'm only 44 for heaven's sake! I'm taking it an HOUR at a time, this time around. And I won't berate myself for bad days. I'm just going to jump back on. Good luck!
