.....And feel so guilty for eating it I know they aren't the greatest thing when doing a lifestyle change, but the baby would let me put him down to make anything.
On the bright side, I didn't eat all of it, only about 3/4 of it!

I eat Smart Ones once in a while. They can be a little high in sodium, but otherwise I think they're Ok. I especially like the Roast Beef & Veggies.
Everything you do today that's better & smarter than what you did yesterday is a step in the right direction. And yesterday I had a Big Mac, Hehehe...
Don't beat yourself up just because you didn't live on straight green tea and wheat grass for a year - you gotta live too. If we make this too miserable & unbearable we won't be able to last, and then what?0 -

I soooooo agree with Casper! The best part about MFP is that we CAN have stuff we love now and then! That's what's kept me going, and now I've lost just about all the weight that I wanted to lose! I just don't feel deprived anymore. I can have a "bad" day and then get right back on track with my "good" eating and exercising!
MFP REALLY, REALLY works! So stick with it! :happy:0 -
Look on the positive side. The important thing is that you made the best possible choice in your situation. You could have eaten junk food (chips, cookies, etc.), but instead you ate something that is low cal and low fat.:flowerforyou:0
