    God i feel so embarrassed writing this but... Yes actually, sometimes when i'm going to die cycling up my hill and just exert to the death of me (on a fix gear bike btw) it can sometimes have a er, good feeling lol.
    I've not had a full on one, but i am now reassured it's not so unordinary.
