Anyone have tips on beating the flue or quickening the healing process?

Lots of rest and plenty of fluids. You just have to wait it out. DON'T go to work or school while you're sick. Please.

I read that for a cold, some lemon, quality honey, and cinnamon, in a little hot water is helpful.
Good raw manuka honey is antibacterial, cinnamon is anti inflammatory.
I once felt a flu coming on and took a tsp of Apple cider vinegar in a glass of water every few hours and it went away with out me getting sick!
Good luck for a quick recovery! x
