  • chocolate protein shake mixed with some hersheys chocolate syrup blended it up like a smoothie ... YUM! fills me up and only 135 cals :)

    Dont ask...it is snack day at work. Its going to be a lond day avoiding the display of food.
    Thankfully I have avoided the cookies and cinammon rolls so far.
    I brought in crackers and cheese along with some grapes which I am snacking on now.
    I should of brought something I dislike :)
    But then I would of grabbed a cookie or cinammon roll so maybe I played it safe.
