    Wow, thanks for all the kind words and support everyone! :smile:

    I was brutally honest with my intake and exercise... I had a lot to lose so I operated in a massive deficit for 7 months (lost 140 lbs), higher deficit than anyone would probably suggest. I did however maticulously manage my nutrition and got lab work done every 4 weeks to make sure I wasn't becoming deficient in anything. Plus DAILY exercise.

    After the first 7 months I started adjusting my calories up from 1200... 3 months later I'm eating 2600 calories a day and still loosing weight at almost a pound a week. I'm trying to dial it in, either start eating more or exercising less. I'm actually a bit confused as to where to go from here, I've been eating in deficit for 10-11 months now.
