Needing a little support and motivation

Hey folks,
I've been on MFP for officially 45 days! So far I've lost 5lbs, and have stalled now at 160lbs for almost three weeks.
This week, and for the next four weeks, I am swamped with school work. I am a month away from graduating university and I'm suffering with tonnes of papers due and exams to study for.
I haven't been to the gym/worked out since Wednesday last week. I had to take two days off as I was away with work, but still.. that leaves three days of NO EXERCISE.
Honestly, I just need someone to tell me this plateau will end, and that if I get back on the wagon of exercising I'll feel more motivated than ever to keep up with the stress of school and continue losing weight.
Not exercising gives me more time to do school work as I can just crack on instead of working out, then showering, then getting the after-work-out tiredness. Eating what I want gives me more time to do school work as I'm not umm-ing and ahh-ing over how many calories are in a damn bagel and i can just eat and get on with my life.
Thanks for listening.

Hi Eryndil,
First of all, congrats for staying motivated and on-track for 45 days and being close to gratuation.
It is not always easy to juggle multiple priorities with only 24hours in a day to do so many things!
I would suggest that you continue to celebrate small successes in your schoolwork and lifestyle. Give yourself every little credit you deserve and keep the end-goal in mind. You are not alone on this journey :-) Keep smiling!
