Fast Food Meals

We all know that fast food is pretty much a diet "no-no," but if you're anything like me, you still find yourself at a drive-thru at least once a week. I would love to hear where you go and what you order when you're dining on the run. Here are a couple of my go-to fast food meals:
El Pollo Loco:
Loco Side Salad (Regular), Side of Chopped Chicken Breast, and Chicken Tortilla Soup (Regular)
Calories: 440, Fat: 25, Carbs: 25, Protein: 40
Skinless Breast Meal (Chicken Breast, Loco Side Salad & Steamed Veggies) - No Tortilla Strips/Dressing on Salad
Calories: 265, Fat: 8, Carbs: 11, Protein: 39
Qdoba:
Mexican Gumbo w/ Pulled Pork, Black Beans, and Pico De Gallo (No Rice, Cheese, Sour Cream, or Tortilla Strips)
Calories: 400, Fat: 10, Carbs: 43, Protein: 31
Panda Express:
2 Item Plate - Mixed Veggies, String Bean Chicken & Broccoli Beef
Calories: 390, Fat: 14, Carbs: 38, Protein: 30
