Hey guys!

I am 22 years old, weight 163-168, and am 5'4... very overweight for my height. What motivated me to lose weight was that my ex boyfriend decided that he would take me back if I lost weight. I said no way, so I started doing it for me. I was at 180 a couple of months ago. Everyone says I look skinnier, but the only difference I see is in my face. lol I do tend to slip quite a bit and eat pizza. My family orders pizza at least twice a week. But, I have gone from eating half of a large pizza to only 2 slices. I drink A LOT of water, but again, I slip and drink pepsi. ( I have a 2 liter in my room for like 3 days now and its only half way). I TRY TRY TRY to go to the gym every day after school for about an hour or so. I do the treadmil for 30 minutes (although lately its been 15), the bicycle for 20 minutes, and about 10-15 minutes of streght stuff. My goal so far is to weigh 120-130...But it is harder than I thought. It also doesn't help that my mother has a restaurant and I'm too lazy to make stuff myself. :(
