Ex yo yo dieter - help please

Hi, some questions and some help please I have gained and lost weight every year since I was about 18 and that birthdays was a few decades ago (quite a few). My life is changing and so am I, soon to be single agian (scary) it would be nice to get to a place where I don't have that love/hate relationship with food and I don't have to suck in my tummy when putting on jeans and then find out that it all spills over the top! Does black coffee count towards water intake? Has anyone out there managed to overcome the 'comfort eating' that a lot of us are battling against?
So,I really would like to join new friends to have the support but also to help support them.:smile:
