681 cals left and im full!!

I have 681 calories left and I am completely full, I still havent eaten my full dinner. I'm at work right now but I can run out and grab something quick....any ideas???? I had breakfast and dinner today and I'm below on everything!!! (I woke up at 1 because of my schedual). ANYWAYS, Im not looking for anything big just something healthy and that I can eat up some of my calories....


I probably will be awake until 1 or 2, but i dont want to cram my calories in

    How much longer are you going to be awake? It seems like you should still have plenty of time to get some more calories in.

    Almonds, but my go to food when trying to get in cals after Ive already eaten like a champ is a Detour Protein Bar. Lowest sugar one.
  • I would advise you to eat nuts! almonds, walnuts, cashew etc.
    Also really healthy and good for your body is to eat 150g plain yoghurt with pumpkin seeds/sesame seeds etc. They contain alot of protein and also healthy fat.
