I have 681 calories left and I am completely full, I still havent eaten my full dinner. I'm at work right now but I can run out and grab something quick....any ideas???? I had breakfast and dinner today and I'm below on everything!!! (I woke up at 1 because of my schedual). ANYWAYS, Im not looking for anything big just something healthy and that I can eat up some of my calories....

Almonds, but my go to food when trying to get in cals after Ive already eaten like a champ is a Detour Protein Bar. Lowest sugar one.0

I would advise you to eat nuts! almonds, walnuts, cashew etc.
Also really healthy and good for your body is to eat 150g plain yoghurt with pumpkin seeds/sesame seeds etc. They contain alot of protein and also healthy fat.0
