I am training for the MS150 and cycled 4hr 31 min yesterday. My hrm told me it was about 3600 calories. I usually eat 1400/day plus whatever I exercise. That have me about 5500 calories yesterday to eat. Woohoo! I did have a beer and a soda and a LOTS of cheetos, but otherwise just wasn't hungry enough to use them all up. So here is where I get confused.
I went into Sunday being 1600 calories under my goal for the week. Then I was 2200 calories under yesterday. Shouldn't that make me 3800 calories under my goal for the week? MFP is saying I'm 600 calories under for the week. I don't understand.
