Supplements

I was wondering what the view was on thermogenics. I've had people tell me both positive things and negative things about them. I just wanted to know if anyone has had success on them or see the reasons to steer clear from them. :)

    Any success will be from diet and excersize. I like caffeine, but its not going to do the work for me.
