Ladies, do you put on muscle easily? It's possible!

I know alot of you say "it's impossible to put on muscle easily" but after 1 month of just running alone, my legs have put on alot of muscle.. haven't lost any inches, but gained an inch and they're more lean looking, which isn't a bad thing but my goal is to lose fat... any ladies put on muscle easily? i'm not sure why it happened to me but it sucks, my lower body is something I wish would match my UPPER body.. it's much bigger in my lower section than upper... maybe i should cut down on the protein?

those are probably newbie gains since youre new to running. if it were that easy for you to gain muscle naturally then you would have noticed it much sooner than now in your lifetime.
eventually your body will get used to the activity and wont need to make muscle0
