calories..help?

Im having trouble getting all of my calories in? When I first started I had it set at loosing 1 pound a week and was loosing up to 3 without even trying that hard, I have always been under since Ive started since feb, sometimes by as much as 900 plus calories. Im not starving, not even hungry. I dont want to trigger my body into starvation mode. I do have alot of weight to loose, so maybe thats why? I just changed it to loosing 1 1/2 pounds a week, hoping that I will eat all the calories I need seeing that the amount is less, but even after eating all day including dinner and snacks, I sitll have 1050 calories left, I added some by excersising but I cant eat that many calories before bed!! Thanks for any advice...Terri

    Your diary isn't open so I can't comment on what you are eating. But if you have that many calories left you aren't eating enough. At some point soon your body is going to start hanging on to the weight and you'll stop losing bayou could even see some gain. If you really aren't hungry switch some higher calories versions of some of the food you eat now. Do 2% instead os skim milk. Do low instead of no fat. That ups your calories without upping the quantity. If you open your diaryill take a look and see if I have any other suggestions.
