nice clothes

wear all my heels, all the time

know what my body is capable of

run with my athletic kids

to be looking like the wife my amazing hubby deserves

live comfortably in my skin

do something/make time for myself

feel good enough (not in an 'im thin enough" kinda way, but in a "i do this cause im worth it" kinda way)

set an example for my step-daughter, my four boys are fit
