    I love the generic version of rice krispies. You get about twice as much mass as other cereals!

    Mom's Best Naturals Oats and Honey Blend... it's like honey bunches of oats, all natural, and kroger has it on sale a lot. I eat it with fruit in it.

    I am partial to Special K with a dash of cinnamon. Calories are between 100 - 120 depending on the flavor. Will now try Kashi though :)

    I Love Kashi Go Lean - Honey Almond Flax Cereal, I mix 2 cups of this with 3/4 of a cup of double chocolate kelloggs Crave cereal with a cup and half of 1% Milk... Breakfast is my biggest meal of the day do to my morning workouts...
