I Love Kashi Go Lean - Honey Almond Flax Cereal, I mix 2 cups of this with 3/4 of a cup of double chocolate kelloggs Crave cereal with a cup and half of 1% Milk... Breakfast is my biggest meal of the day do to my morning workouts...0

I really like the Kashi Go Lean cereal..very high in protein and fiber..I also like the Kashi Go Lean Crunch..its a little more calories..but very crunchy! My favorite not as healthy cereal would prob be Life, or wheat Chex or anything with bran in it..huge fan of Wheaties, Raisin bran..stuff like that0
