Hi guys, I'm new to this place. My first time doing an online thing like this. I've kept journals of my exercise routine/daily intake/etc, but was never really good at keeping organized. So, hopefully this'll help me keep track of what exactly I'm doing.

My check-in list is:
Hips
Waist
Thighs
Chest
Bicep
Wake up RHR
Resting RHR
After meal RHR
DDR cal [Dance Dance Revolution -- Great workout *And* it keeps track of calories burned]
Est. body fat (Unofficial)
BMI

Is it a bit neurotic to keep track of all that?

    Not if your not going to get tired of checking in all of that. I think the way is to make it easy and something your likely to do, that is why I love this site. Its simplicity is great. Good Luck in your journey!!
  • I'll have no problem keeping tabs on all the check-ins. I just don't want weight loss to become an obsession but I want to be able to see where I'm progressing and what needs work.
