Everytime I finish excercising with my polar FT80 the watch says for example 1000 Calories... 25% from fat... The question is, what should I add to my daily plan calories burned??? 1000cal or 250cal?????
THANKS

Yep, I was hoping someone could bring some light to this.... It is really a difference... between the calorie count and those from fat %

In all the posts I have read, I haven't seen anything about only adding the fat cals. I add all the calories burned and I am maintaining. I am trying to maintain.0

But, you know...it would have some logic to only add those calories burnt from fat..... I havent read anything like that yet... no one has discrminated that already... I have tried the polar community with no luck...0
