Hello,
I am 33 and weigh 175....I am looking to lose at least 45 lbs. I have been struggling since the fall. I am looking for some support and advice. My weaknesses are sweets and eating out.....I have noticed that I am so hungry at times that I don't stop and think and do not make the best choices. I try to be more aware of it but I am not sure...I am usually good in the morning and have fairly healthy snacks and lunches but in the afternoon and dinner is the worst....I am not sure why it is so much more difficult considering I lost 30lbs before. Any advice or support is appreciated...tired of being overweight...
OH-I also work out or try to work out at least 4 to 5 times per week...I have been doing 30DS and also Biggest Loser Cardio Max....I even taken up classes using the bar method as well as trying yoga to help me with stress to avoid stress eating...Thanks again...
