Do you judge how hard your workout was by how much you sweat

No. I sweat buckets while I sleep and that's hardly a workout!
My understanding is that we sweat to regulate body temperature and therefore how much we sweat is affected by external factors (someone's already mentioned working out in Florida for example). I also understand that there is a genetic influence and some people just don't sweat that much and others do!0 -
I've got under active thyroid and I very rarely sweat, only time I sweated buckets was when I was taking Capsiplex before early morning exercises sessions and use to wear sauna belt and bin liner cos I thought you had to sweat to lose weight! ... interestingly I've never lost any more inches since I stopped (as was told it was dangerous), but have continued to lose pounds with less intense workouts.0

Depends on what your goals are. If it is weight loss, yeah, it is a good indicator. For myself, my workout plan was nothing so doing something and being nutritionally responsible is always going to be better.0

Nope, I don't really sweat, unless i'm lifting weights, that makes my forehead a bit damp. :-)0
