Hi everyone I am 45 and I have had enough of gaining more weight each year. I have gone from a healthy weight of 108 and over 25 years have ended up at 231! I have recently lost a few pounds and I am currently at 221. This will be my starting point for MFP. It could be a journey of two years but slow and steady wins the race. My goal weight is 115 - 120.
