Hi! I'm Shannon and I just joined this site through my phone to try to help me loose this last 40lbs. I have lost about 80lbs total since last May and haven't budged since January so I need a new plan of action. Hoping to meet some new friends on here that can help motivate and encourage me so that I can be an awesome role model for my 2yr old daughter
