My name is Jeno DeLaurentis, and I am an ace certified personal trainer with a degree in fitness and exercise. I enjoy teaching people how to imporove their overall health and fitness levels. I take pride in my job and want to make sure that everyone I work with obtains the results they have longed for. Being on a weight loss journey takes a lot of time and dedication. I want to help impact peoples lives every day by helping them get fit and healthy.
I have experience training people for weight loses, muscle strengthening and endurance, long distance running, athletic performance, elderly training as well as helping clients reduce high blood pressure, control diabetes and decrease stress. It is my goal for you to achieve your objectives while working with me and having fun! I go by many rules but my favorite is " If you don't like something about yourself stop making excuses and change it ! "
