hey. i've been using the calorie counter app for about 6 months now. my weight loss has been slow. and i've pretty much hit the wall and can't get over it. my family is not on a diet, i'm doing this all by myself and its getting to hard. i need more support. i need friends like myself.

  • I am new here too. I lost about 30 to 40 pounds with a combination of the atkins and south beach diet. You can try doing it for a month on the part of not eating sugar and carbs, just meats and veggies and for breakfast eggs with some type of meat, but nothing breaded. Remember once you stop for the month, slowly introduce healthy carbs and stick with walking as your exercise for that month. Drink lots of sugarless liquids. If you're craving soda, try the soda water with no calories. You can get a free introductory kit online from the atkins website.
