This is cosmetically, not by exercising. Get a body brush, the stiffest bristles you can stand and brush daily before showering to exfoliate. Do circles over areas you want to get rid of, takes many weeks to see any results, as many as 12. Also check into unrefined shea butter. You want the rawest possible, has the highest levels of vitamins in it. Apply it after you get out of shower. You can use it on your hair and scalp too like hot oil treatments, love it for my lips, and I use a little on my face when its really dry. Its great stuff!

Eat at a calorie deficit (~20% off your maintenance/TDEE) and include HEAVY resistance training in your workout routine. I have also heard that cellulite is genetic, but the less fat you have, the less the cellulite will show.

    Yup.

Cellulite is simply ordinary fatty tissue. The amount of fat in the body is determined by the individual's eating and exercise habits, but the distribution of fat in the body is determined by heredity. In most cases reduction of a particular part can be accomplished only as part of an overall weight-reduction program.

Also, just say no to quackery.

    Hi,

If you have it, like me, It is impossible to see ourselves free of cellulite...
Exercise and other tecnics will only decrease the size of the fatcell, but the fatcell it will be there FOREVER, and if you get out of track it will say "hello" to you in the mirror again
