Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips

Let's do 75 of them.

There is a catch to only doing 75 of them. When you go to do these, get in position holding yourself up on the
edge of the chair and then scoot your feet out until it is hard to hold yourself up. Once you reach that point
that is the point in which your feet should be to do these 75.

Your fist set must be as many as you can do then you can break them down however you want.

Reply back and let me know how it goes for you. This is part of the switch to "quality" not "quantity" that I am implementing.


You have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 75 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    I am in. I just did 30, quick break, then I will try to knock out the rest! Great Idea for this one, because I get up from my desk and work and I can do it in a empty office!

    Im in as well....I also just did 30 - and its still early here, so it will be easy to get the next 35 in throughout the day. Great Idea. Iv'e never seen this post before. Do you post a different mini challenge every week or how does this work. I wanna be so in!

    Got another 15 min after lunch. My triceps are on fire afterward both sets for a good half hour then I go back.

    I did 81 with my feet on a chair.

    I did this yesterday, just forgot to post! Man that was a killer. I didn't scoot my legs out just straight down and I did 5 sets of 15..
