Movie theater popcorn

I'm meeting friends at the movies today and am seriously craving a big bag of popcorn. Does anyone know the calorie count? I've checked all my normal calorie count sites and can't find. it.

    It's about 500 calories for 7 cups (medium bag) without "butter".

    jam a couple of rice cakes in your purse, and a baggie of cut up celery and carrots and by pass that popcorn. goodness only knows what that greasy stuff is they pour on it actually is.

    This is still an indulgence for me. I eat it like it was dinner. (maybe not the best dinner, but sometimes. . .

    hey, its a whole grain, you can have it for dinner!!:wink: I ahve a friend air pops it, (remember those) and sprinkles it with wheat germ or something else health that smells like feet. :noway: but air popped is actually pretty doable. though you should add a protein in there somewhere.
