I am not sore! Why?

I did Day 1 Level 1 of Jillian Michael's 30DS yesterday and this morning, I don't feel anything. I am not sore or uncomfortable at all. I definitely worked up a sweat last night and I was using 5 lb weights. I am just nervous that I am not getting the full effect because of how I feel this morning! :-/

    You need to go a little harder then. :-) You must be fitter than you thought you were. You are still getting a workout though. I'm rarely sore anymore and I teach group classes twice a day most days. Maybe get some heavier weights or go to level 2?

    Usually hits me about day three when I start something new. Also-you don't want that big time soreness. That makes it to hard to maintain. 30ds will get you prepared for the real tough workout in level 3.
