Wow. I can't believe that the trainer said your HR needs to be between 180 and 200 for optimal weight loss. If you are young and a world class athlete that can actually train at 90+ of your VO2 max, then yeah, probably so. But mere mortals cannot run very long at that level. You would be better lowering the intensity and running for an hour or two. Good luck!0
