Soooo I'm almost at my goal.
I was thinking about get thinner and then build muscle over but I don't have a plan, so I'm asking you guys.
I don't know if it's better to get the most thinner I can get THEN start to worry about muscles or If I can start now.
Problem is, I don't have time or patience to get back to a gym. Did gym last year and got results, but it's just too much people there. I know, I know, there are other gyms, but I dance almost every day but sunday (about 13hs per week at least), and as I live in Brasil's countryside, not too much options on what to do (gyms closing at 10PM as I get out of the dance classes, and not so many gyms close by).
I can see that my legs are great and such, but my upper body is regular (but still got some definition from last year).
I was thinking about do some exercices at home everyday. I don' worry about rosults showing in long time (3 months at least).
And don't want to be a huge hulk guy. Just well defined, maybe a hint of six pack.
Or it's better to wait the lovehandles and belly go away first? I believe that I can lose 13kg and still be at my Body Mass Index.
I would be Skeletor, but if it means build up back and get defined, so be it.
Anyone can give me some advice?
Thanks
