Hello trying to lose 2 stone

Hey everyone

So I have taken it upon myself to try to get back down to a size 10-12 UK size from a Size 16.
I have been doing this for 3 days now and am able to keep under my calories but seem to just go over on the fat by about 5g -8g.
My brother is a fitness trainer and has advised me to use protein to stop the hunger pangs between meals.
I was looking and cannot pick between these two..

I am currently exercising 4 times a week and more if needed. I do 30mins on the cross trainer at lunch on level 8 and burn about 260 calories. I had to have today off as I have a cold and feeling wiped out. Feel so guilty about that...
But basically if anyone can give me any tips after looking at my plan or if they can assist in what protein to use and when that would be lovely.
I am aiming to lose 2 stone in 6 months but sooner would be better to be honest. I am just trying to not go for the quick fix and get there sensibly.
