take a leek and dice it up (make sure to clean in a bowl of water), mix it with about 3 cups of fresh spinach, toss both with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic salt, red pepper flakes and black sesame seeds then saute all together... it was so good and took about 2 minutes to make.

    this sounds super tasty!! I would maybe add a splash of balsomic or soy sauce too. I love leeks!
