What Vitamins/Supplements Do You Take?

Hi MFP!
I was wondering if any of you take vitamins and if you do, what are they?
I take a variety of them:
Daily Multi
B12 (I seem to have a problem with keeping my energy up through the day)
Omega 3,6,9
Calcium
Evening Primrose Oil
Iron (for a week out of the month)
Any recommendations for must-take vitamins and supplements?

I take a multi and I take 2 supplements and 1 powder by Kat-A-Lyst: Adicore an appetite suppresant/thermogenic, For Her a skin/hair/nails supplement, and Glutacor an amino supplement (when I work out real hard). CLA, and a joint glucosamine/msm/chondroitin supplement. Then during the day I also take Green Vibrance a green food/probiotic powder, Protien powder, . I spent a while messing with lots of different supplements and these are the ones that I can feel a difference if I dont take.0

Your reply made me smile because I am the same. Why is it hard to take my vitamins daily? I take: Vitamin D, no problem every day because it is small and by my toothbrush. Later in the day, I take fish oil, calcium and a multi-vitamin. I never remember, I hate taking them because they are big etc. This week has been my first week, ever, that I am really trying to take the vitamins!!!!0

CoQ10 helps with energy? Tell me more!!!0

Also, what is CLA? I'll keep reading to see if there are posts on CoQ10 and CLA
enjoy the weekend and take those vitamins0 -
Multi vit
Carlsons fish oil, the best!
CLA
I love CLA, have seen a big difference in my abdominal area since taking it. I suggested it to my wife and friends as well, all have seen results. CLA was worth trying for me because the ingredient list is short and know to myself. I do not recommend "diet pills" as a quick fix, went down that road years ago and so not worth it. Not possible to keep up that lifestyle.0 -
Multi (I used a Prenatal)
Fish Oil
Calcium with Magnesium and Zinc
Glucosamine
I have a hard time remembering to take my vitamins too... I keep them in my lunch bag @ work so every time I have my snacks or lunch it helps me remember!0
