Setting Micro Goals

Hello All,

I was just wondering where I could go to adjust the amount of my micros for the day. For example, my calorie goal is 1400 and I want 50% Protein 30% Carbs and 20% Fat. Where would I got to set this so when I look at the totals at the bottom they would reflect this. Right now it has me eating way to many carbs and very little protein.
