I started taking Udo's Oil 3-6-9 Blend and Twin Lab Fuel Amino Acid liquid almost a month ago to help with my energy. I add them to my Whey Protein shake every morning. I have noticed a significant difference!! I am able to run around and play sports with my kids and not feel like I need to take a nap. Even on days when I dont do a lot of cardio I feel more energized and want to move my body. However, there are a lot of calories, carbs, and fats in these products. I know they are supposed to be "good" fats that I guarantee my diet is lacking, but I worry that the added calories and fats are negating the benefit I am getting with the added energy. I havent gained any weight in the last month, but havent lost any either. Opinions???? thanks
