The wonderful people on this site have motivated me more than i could have ever thought possible. I had no intention of posting any before/after pics when i started on here. Well today i broke down and took some before pics. Stay tuned for the transformation!!!

    It was seeing by before pics that really shocked me into action. I had no idea I had back fat, uck!

    Great! I regret not taking real "before" pictures. I know it may be embarrassing, but it will be so awesome to see the difference when you reach your goal!

    I always encourage people to take pics, these are the real motivators and seem to show your progress mroe than the scale, or even tape measure.
