Sugars that come from natural foods are not bad for you.
Fruits, veggies, yogurt, milk.
Good. Yummy.
Unless you are eating a gallon of pure sugar or a bunch of processed foods...
DO NOT WORRY ABOUT YOUR SUGAR INTAKE.
(If you are a diabetic or have a sugar problem that a doctor told you about, that is different, and you should know how to deal with that accordingly)
Honestly, I don't even see the point in tracking sugar at all, if I eat 2 apples I pretty much "go over what MFP gave me".
I set my sugar to 100g a day, so that why MFP stops giving me a red number.
That is all!
Have a great day everyone
