Hi everyone,
I just joined. I found the site while searching for reviews for a plan I'm following right now.
I took a look around and thought this would be a good place for me to share in the trials and tribulations of a healthier lifestyle.
I look forward to reading everyone's stories, learning lots and being inspired.

I'm a 31 year old mother. I've struggled with my weight for 11 years. For my age and height I should be 125lbs, but I'm 160lbs. My goal is 130lbs as I've always been comfortable at that weight.
I started the 17 Day Diet last week and I've lost 3lbs (I was 163lbs last Monday)
I've had a look around on here and I'm excited to be around such supportive people!
