New to Board

Hi all,
I have been signed up for a week and have yet to get my act together and log stuff. I have committed to documenting my food intake and exercise for the next week. If all works out I will continue for another week. I can give you all kinds of excuses why I am having a hard time doing this, but truthfully I don't know why. I know how important journalling is and how important food tracking is, I have seen it work. So why am I so hesitant to do it?

Honestly i think most people have this issue. In my opinion its pretty time consuming in the lives of busy people. BUT what has an continues to help me is to simply put things into perspective. the time it takes to record the info is nothing when thinking of how happy you will be with your results.... U can dew it #teamfit

Do you have a smart phone???? If so download the app it makes it alot easier to log foods. Especially the bar code scanner!

I'm also new to this...I gave myself several reasons on why I just dont have time to eat right, track or work out. BUT my pant size doesn't lie. So here goes nothing. If anyone has any advice please message me with them. Thanks :)

Change is hard. If you eat a lot of the same things, it gets easier and easier to track since you don't have to keep looking them up. You just go to your list and check off the things you ate.

We all start off the same, but you get into the habit and I have been logging daily now for the past 4 months and it does not appear a chore any more.

If you would like help and advice add friends that have been on for a little while aswell as Newcomers to help you on your way, include to allow others to see your food diary so that they can help you in your food choices etc..

    feel free to add me
