not hungry but eating because it's 'teatime'?

I am not hungry but it's 'time for tea' so should I force myself to eat something? If I don't eat now I now I'll be hungry about 10pm but having a meal then won't be good for me. Also if I don't eat my 'evening meal' I will be way under my daily cals. What do you do? If you eat, what do you eat?

I'm thinking that I need to eat so need to make something I like (so I eat it) thats not too low in cals so at least I make some up if I don't eat it all.

The reason why I'm not hungry is that today I had a late lunch at work and was starving so treated myself to fish and chips from the chippy....which I thoroughly enjoyed and ate them all as I don't eat much junk food nowadays. I am used to smaller portions so was 'stuffed' after.

:grumble:

I would eat something healthy and filling for this tea time. You don't want to get hungry around bed time
